In this role, you will analyze, develop tender strategies, project manage tender responses and handle tenders and contracts with customers and commercial partners with commercial and strategic acumen, while ensuring quality and legal compliance.
How you’ll make an impact:
• Develop tender strategies and project manage tender responses for the assigned area, providing value-added guidance to sales mgrs and reps to support optimized company and product positioning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal departments (sales, legal, regulatory, supply chain, marketing) to proactively update tender collatoral. Ensure tender risks / opportunities are communicated to the business and strategies put into place to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
• Implement full contract lifecycle management activities, building strong external relationships with customers to support contract implementation strategies
• Develop improved processes, implement efficiencies based on Identified opportunities for innovations/optimization
• Perform complex data analysis and generate reports
• Remain up to date with local and regional tender requirements (legal requirements within MedTech)
• Perform Tender identification and assessment
• May provide guidance and coaching to more junior level team members
• Other incidental duties as assigned.
What you’ll need:

Bachelor's Degree in related field,
-
Ideally 8 years' previous experience in bids, tenders and full contract lifecycle management

Previous health care or MedTech industry experience would be highly regarded but is not mandatory.

Business level French and English written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
