As a Senior Special Project Manager, you’ll manage cross-divisional diversity, equity and inclusion projects that help FCC advance social sustainability for employees, customers and the agriculture and agri-food industry.
What you’ll do:
- Evaluate programs and strategic initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement and driving impact
- Provide recommendations and create strategies that advance FCC’s position as an inclusive employer
- Mentor and support team members to ensure deliverables are high quality and meet objectives
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance ideas and opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Strategic thinker with strong project planning/management skills
- Effective communicator able to articulate complex ideas for a variety of audiences
- Creative problem-solver who can think outside the box
- Multi-tasker with extensive analytical ability
What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business administration, or human resources and at least 6-8 years of related DEI or Sustainability / ESG experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Seasoned professional with expertise and deep knowledge of DEI principles, concepts and best practices
- In-depth knowledge of the Employment Equity Act and other related regulations
- Experience building business cases, presentations and strategic documents
