Summary:

We are seeking a highly credible and experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our team as a technical leader and strategic influencer. In this role, you will leverage your business acumen and deep technical skills to architect complex solutions for our customers, addressing their unique challenges and driving significant business impact. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guiding their technology strategy and ensuring alignment with long-term business goals. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise, influence strategic direction, and contribute to the growth and success of both our customers and our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer leaders, understanding their business context, technology landscape, and industry trends. Influence their strategic direction and ensure technology decisions align with long-term business outcomes.
  • Complex Solution Design: Lead the design of end-to-end customer solutions, addressing complex problems with innovative and pragmatic approaches. Ensure solutions are extensible, reusable, secure, reliable, cost-optimized, operationally excellent, and performant.
  • Pre-Sales Leadership: Collaborate with sales teams during the pre-sales process, providing technical expertise, creating compelling proposals, and delivering persuasive presentations that showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, professional services, support) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Thought Leadership: Create and deliver high-quality technical content (e.g., whitepapers, presentations, workshops) that educates customers, shares best practices, and establishes thought leadership in the industry.
  • Mentorship and Development: Actively mentor and develop junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify gaps in our products and services, gather customer feedback, and translate it into actionable requirements for product and engineering teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect / Sales Engineering or equivalent role, with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions in a customer-facing environment.
  • Experience with at least one industry-standard programming / scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, Powershell, Java).
  • Deep understanding of architectural and design principles, as well as best practices for security, scalability, reliability, cost optimization, and performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, driving consensus and achieving results.
  • Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning and development. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and architectural best practices
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft, GCP, TOGAF, Other).
  • Experience in a specific industry vertical (e.g., energy, O&G, finance, healthcare, retail).
