Leidos is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for our Enterprise Digital Experience (EDX) Practice Area, located in Reston, VA.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will be instrumental in our pursuit of transforming government end user activities into seamless, intuitive, efficient and delightful experiences for employees and users. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to create and evangelize digital experience solutions across our federal government go-to-market teams. This role requires the ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, working collaboratively across teams to drive the adoption of modern digital experience solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming how government employees and users interact with digital systems and services with a focus on efficiency, resilience and not only satisfaction, but delight.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
No initial clearance is required to start; however, you must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. (US Citizenship required).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner  with practice leads, technical experts, and business leads to design and develop core architectural solutions and offerings that leverage modern digital experience technologies and capabilities.
  • Create  architectural diagrams, visual representations, and explanatory materials to communicate complex offerings effectively.
  • Work with with account teams to understand customer needs and document existing solutions while identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Maintain  deep knowledge of EDX offerings and capabilities, serving as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead maintenance of EDX Practice knowledge repository.
  • Develop  strategic plans for leveraging vendor partner capabilities and emerging technologies, with particular focus on automation and AI/ML integration.
  • Present EDX solutions and capabilities to various stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the EDX practice by evaluating new technologies and methodologies.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's degree with 15+ years of related experience; additional years of  experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Extensive experience in solutions architecture or relevant roles within the federal government market.
  • Demonstrated expertise in multiple digital experience areas and technologies, such as: 

·IT Service Management: ServiceNow, BMC Helix
·Collaboration and Productivity: Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OpenAI capabilities, Microsoft Copilot
·AI Tools and Services: AWS Connect, Lex, Bedrock, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Cloud AI
·Enterprise Productivity: Google Workspace, NICE CXone, Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams
·IT Asset Management and Operations: CMDB tools; Endpoint management (Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf)
·Process Automation: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate
·AI/ML and AIOps: Moveworks, ScienceLogic, Dynatrace, Datadog, PagerDuty
·User Experience: 1e, Adobe Experience Cloud, Sitecore, Optimizely, FullStory
·Virtual Desktop Infrastructure: Citrix, VMware Horizon, Windows Virtual Desktop
·Identity and Access Management: Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock
·Digital Workplace Analytics: Microsoft Viva Insights, Workday Analytics

    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences.
    • Experience  creating architectural diagrams and technical documentation.
    • Strategic thinking and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
    • Collaborative approach to solution development and stakeholder engagement.
    • Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
    • Public  speaking and presentation skills.
    • Experience in consultative solution development.

    Pay Range:Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
