Job Overview

As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering complex enterprise projects, maintaining exceptional customer relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions. You will be the bridge between our technical teams and our enterprise clients, coordinating efforts to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage marquee customer deliverables, maintaining exceptional relationships and going above and beyond to delight clients
• Coordinate with various teams and technical stakeholders to ensure timely execution of all deliverablesDemonstrate strong project management capabilities to meet enterprise customer deadlines
• Engage in customer-facing conversations, showcasing excellent communication skills




Technical Expertise and Product Knowledge

• Develop a deep understanding of our products and the technical components
• Create and present demos to customers, showcasing product capabilities
• Test the product thoroughly to ensure optimal performance before customer presentationsIdentify and report product issues to relevant stakeholders
• Work with the marketing team to create demo and tutorial videos




Partner Engagement

• Engage with solution partners to promote awareness of all company offerings
• Onboard new partners and maintain regular communication
• Track ongoing deals where the company can assist in closing enterprise sales




Continuous Learning and Innovation

• Stay updated on AI and Deep Learning trends and technologiesContribute to the improvement of product features and functionalities based on customer feedback and market trends

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in SAAS enterprise product delivery to large enterprises
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful enterprise project delivery
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
• Basic technical ability to create demos and understand various components of enterprise deliverables
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI and Deep Learning technologies
• Familiarity with enterprise software implementation and integration
• Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies
• Proven track record of maintaining long-term customer relationships
