Job Description SummaryGE Healthcare Imaging is a global technology leader that develops effective solutions based on a comprehensive portfolio of products including CT. Radiologists use our review software at tens of thousands of sites around the world for diagnosis, preparation for medical intervention or treatment monitoring. In this role, you will work in the CT department, and be in charge of developing applications in the field of medical image post-processing based on an internal web-based SDK of microservices. The software for which you will be responsible is intended for reviewing medical images and assisting in diagnosis. It will improve the reliability and speed of diagnosis using 3D and 4D tools.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
· Work closely with product specialists, systems teams and software architects to translate user clinical and workflow needs to software epics, features, use cases, stories and requirements.
· As part of the team, design, develop, test, refactor and continuously improve product software.
· Work on applications aimed at radiologists, cardiologists, surgeons and oncologists, using data generated by CT scanners
· Deliver to expected timelines and quality standards.
· Apply Agile, Lean, Software FMEA and Continuous Integration methodologies to drive reliability upstream in the product development lifecycle.
· Continuously expand technical knowledge, keep abreast of emerging software technologies and apply them to MICT software.
· Engage subject matter experts in successful transfer of complex domain knowledge.
· Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.
· Understand performance parameters and assess application performance.
· Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement or productize them using technology chosen.
Education Qualification
:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum of 4 years of experience
A minimum of 4 years of hands-on professional experience in Software Development OR Master’s degree with 1 years of experience in Software Development
o 2+ years of core Java/C++ programming experience
o 1+ Microservices development using spring boot, node or python
o Strong math background (linear algebra, numerical methods, coordinate systems, etc)
Desired Experience
o Experience in writing unit tests using BDD approach with tools such as Cucumber or integration tests with tools like Selenium
o Experience with incorporating AI/Deep learning inferencing and Matlab algortihms into product development
o Experience with REST and API development, Knowledge of YAML to build models
o Experience with Build configuration & CI/DevOps tools like maven, gradle, Jenkins
o Experience in writing scripts using groovy, python, shell scripts
o Hands on experience in Linux/Unix based OS.
o Experience in containerization (docker), Kubernetes, and virtualization technology
· Working knowledge in configuration management tools such as Git
