Job Description:
Responsibilities
As a Java Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions using full stack Java technologies while adhering to Agile methodologies to address the needs of our customers. In this role, you can expect to:
- Understand the designed solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements implementation.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with Product Managers, Engineering, Documentation, and Support.
- Work in cadence with our mature Agile teams, embracing a mindset of rapid learning, experimentation, iteration, and close collaboration.
- Perform unit/module testing of software to find errors and confirm programs meet specifications.
- Take pride in providing assistance to QA and Support personnel as needed to determine system problems and solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, product management, operations, documentation team etc.
- Participate in design and code reviews with other developers. following all the Software Engineers practices.
- Continuously evaluate progress and guide the Agile Team to‐wards delivering against the non-functional requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with seven plus (7+) years software development experience, or a Master’s degree. Relevant degree fields include Computer Science, coupled with certifications in technologies like Java techstack,, Cloud platforms, etc.
- Strong software development experience in building enterprise grade products with deep knowledge in applying System Design concepts
- Experience in collaborating with customers to understand their pain points and solve their problems; conducting solution demos of new features and gathering feedback to further improve the solution
Hands-on experience with following technologies and concepts is required
- Expertise in Java Full stack
- Experience in REST API web services implementation.
- Experience of Web/application servers (Apache, Tomcat, and JBoss etc)
- knowledge with SAML 2, Oauth2 and OIDC SSO applications, Federation Services
Hands-on experience with following technologies and concepts is added advantage
- Exposure in IAM fundamentals (identity and access management, authentication, authorisation, certification management, etc.)
- Knowledge in Docker, Kubernetes (OpenShift, AWS, AKS and/or GKE)
