We are seeking a highly skilled Full-stack Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using a variety of technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, a strong technical background, and a drive to mentor and guide other developers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient web applications

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements

  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices

  • Mentor and guide other developers, fostering their growth and development

  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes and practices

Requirements 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development

  • Strong proficiency in at least one strongly typed language, with a willingness to work in TypeScript

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Extensive experience with backend technologies, NoSQL and/or SQL databases, React, TypeScript, and Node.js

  • Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices

  • Experience with code reviews and mentoring other developers

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with GraphQL

  • Knowledge of serverless architectures, event driven systems, and microservices

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK

  • Experience working in a compliance-driven industry, such as healthcare or finance

  • Multi-tenant SaaS development experience

  • Experience in a leadership role

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Illinois residents, the compensation range for this position: $170,000 - $190,000. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $170,000 - $190,000. For Washington residents, the compensation range for this position: $170,000 - $190,000. For New York residents, the compensation range for this position: $170,000 - $190,000. For Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $170,000 - $190,000. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $170,000 - $190,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
