Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Business & Team: CTO
Impact & contribution:
Work on design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions, specifically within the ServiceNow GRC – Policies and Compliance module . Leverage ServiceNow GRC expertise to manage policies and streamline governance process across the bank .
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure , implement, and optimize the ServiceNow GRC module ( Policies , citations , authority documents , Control Objectives , controls , entities etc ).
- Develop workflows and automation for policy management , policy exceptions and compliance assessments
- Customise ServiceNow Dashboards and reports to provide visibility into compliance metrics .
- Design and manage a centralized policy repository in ServiceNow .
- Design , implement and maintain policy exceptions workflow within the GRC module .
Essential Skills:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including at least 2 years specializing in ServiceNow GRC ,
- Excellent scripting knowledge.
- Have worked in any programming language in the past
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be able to work from office from 8 am to 5 pm
- Proven track record of successful ServiceNow architecture and solution design, ideally within GRC module .
- Strong understanding of GRC application and process .
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
