Salary Range: $114,000 - $135,000

Job Overview
Lead a team of developers to develop, support, maintain, and debug web, local, and cloud-native software to enable product features prioritized in the backlog. Lead this team in domain knowledge and best practices in agile software development.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Design and develop software solutions as part of a Scrum team.

Provide technical direction and solutions to peers and leaders.

Help produce process/activity/data flow diagrams and other supporting architectural documents.

Propose directional architecture and work estimates in support of backlog development efforts.

Work with product owners/partners to translate business requirements into testable User Stories and Tasks.

Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex problems in codebase to support business processes and objectives.

Provide clear and timely written and verbal communication on task status.
Qualifications
-
7+ years experience building Web Applications on the Microsoft stack with C# and ASP.NET/Core.

5+ years experience developing using Entity Framework/EFCore with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.

Work experience following Agile methodologies.

Experience working with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Github, Jira.

5+ years experience using a JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, Vue.

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).

BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar relevant field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledgeable in cloud-native technologies on Azure.

Skilled in T-SQL programming & debugging: stored procedures, triggers, views, functions.

Skilled with front-end JavaScript framework packaging and deployment.

Skilled in ASP.NET/Core MVC and Web Services.

Skilled with a high level of experience on the Microsoft Net and Azure technology stacks, effective directing and leading people in an Agile DevOps environment and applies a result-driven, consultant-style attitude.

Knowledge and experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.

Skilled in critical thinking and sophisticated problem-solving ability required.

Ability to abstract functional requirements into detailed, actionable development plans.

Ability to lead & mentor others with varying levels of skill and expertise.

Ability to travel 4-6 times per year for in-person design sessions.
