Who we're looking for...
We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack expertise to join our team. This role will require not only technical proficiency but also leadership and strategic vision. Your work will influence not only your specific team but also key stakeholders across the organization. You'll drive projects, bring fresh ideas, and guide others by owning a critical area of our system.
What you will do...
- Full Stack Development: Design and develop solutions across the full stack, leveraging React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node, PHP, and PostgreSQL.
- System Ownership: Take ownership of an area within our system, handling:
- Planning and execution of new features.
- Risk identification and proactive solutions.
- Building and monitoring key metrics and alerts.
- Establishing yourself as a go-to expert in this area.
- Security and Integrations: A big plus if you have experience implementing SSO, SAML provisioning (Okta, Entra), and Microsoft Azure/Entra ecosystem tools, including building Outlook Add-ins.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively with other teams and business stakeholders to align engineering projects with broader company goals.
- Project Management: Participate in planning new work, identifying potential risks, and making design decisions that align with company objectives and technical best practices.
- Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to team learning through knowledge sharing.

- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in full-stack development using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node, PHP, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with SSO, SAML provisioning (Okta, Entra), and the Microsoft Azure/Entra ecosystem is a plus.
- Experience with generative AI open-source models, understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and integrating generative AI into products and workflows is a plus.
- Experience with big data, machine learning, and predictive analytics is also a plus.

- 7+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years in a senior or lead role with demonstrated ownership of a technical area or project
- 3+ years of recent experience with React and preferably TypeScript
- 3+ years working with a backend, preferably PHP or Node

Compensation:
The total compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $175,000 annually. Final compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
