The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer at Tenet3, you’ll be instrumental in scaling our technology infrastructure, ensuring our systems are both robust and adaptive to the evolving needs of our clients. You’ll be hands-on in the development process, while also mentoring and guiding a team of talented engineers to achieve technical and business goals.
Essential Job Duties

- Deliver with Integrity: Ensure high standards in code quality, security, and performance, upholding excellence throughout the process.
- Adapt and Overcome: Lead with initiative and flexibility, finding solutions to challenges that require both technical and strategic insight.
Skills and Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- Full Stack Development: 5+ years of experience with JavaScript UI frameworks React, Redux, Angular), Typescript, and backend development languages (Python or Rust).
- Advanced Problem-Solving: Expertise in tackling complex technical challenges, leveraging both experience and creative thinking to find solutions.
- Proven Leadership: A history of leading teams with clarity, confidence, and a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- Effective Communication: An ability to translate complex technical concepts into language that stakeholders across the company can understand and appreciate.
- Agile Mastery: 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, leading teams to efficiently and successfully meet objectives.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related technical field.
