As a Senior Software Engineer, Web at Headout, you’ll be part of a fast-moving pod, building and optimizing web applications that deliver seamless guest experiences. You’ll design high-performance features, address gaps in the development process, and ensure smooth operations. Your role goes beyond coding—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay ahead of industry trends, and push the boundaries of web performance, speed, and reliability.

- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and browser dev-tools.
- Solid understanding of web fundamentals, communication protocols, and responsive design.
- Experience with modern styling approaches (CSS-in-JS vs traditional CSS).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A relentless focus on optimization - if you obsess over perfecting animations, you’ll fit right in!

- Familiarity with databases and SQL.
- Experience in launching or scaling a successful startup.
