As a Sr. Software Engineer - Test for Disney's Corporate Identity & Access Management (IAM) Team, you will be part of a dynamic Quality Engineering Team that drives the strategies keeping The Walt Disney Company at the forefront of the entertainment industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions, contributing to the innovative and world-class experiences Disney is known for.

What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Automate testing for software applications and systems.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
- Lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
- Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues.
- Analyze and solve complex issues independently with minimal guidance.
- Explain difficult or sensitive concepts and information effectively.
Must Have:
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (Selenium with Java, Rest Assured, Postman, Tosca toolset, TestNG, Maven)
- Experience with functional, regression, and performance testing
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with one or more functional areas: accounting, IAM, SAP/financials/BRIM/HANA, subscription billing, ERP, Workday, ServiceNow/Salesforce, or large data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
