Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below*:
- AWS, Cloud Watch, EC2, S3, ELB, RDS, DynamoDB
- Dotnet C#
- Enterprise service bus
- Ability and taste for investigation in a complex distributed environment
- Experience with SLA/SLO
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
- Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).
- High-level design proficiency following UML/C4/ArchiMate.
- Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.
- Practice and initiative mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization.
- Good understanding of SOLID principles.
- Familiarity with OWASP.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Additional Experience Desired:
- Architectural (Microservices, Serverless, etc) and Design (Factory, Singleton, Observer, etc) Patterns
- Queuing (e.g. Azure SB), and async processing
- Working in the Cloud (e.g. AWS)
- Knowledge of NO-SQL databases (with a preference for DynamoDB)
- Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs)
- Unit Testing
- Containers using Docker/Kubernetes
