Job Description
The Role
Redica Systems is looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and optimizing our mission-critical applications, websites, and infrastructure. We are seeking a developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience who thrives in solving complex problems, demonstrates strong analytical thinking, and stays curious about emerging technologies. You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team to enhance the system's performance, scalability, and reliability
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications, handling both frontend and backend development
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code across the entire stack (front-end and back-end)
- Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and database schema
- Develop and maintain reusable frontend components
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews to foster knowledge sharing and uphold code quality
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot system issues to improve functionality
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack

Qualifications
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Proficiency in backend development with any backend framework like Node.js/
- FastAPI/Django/Spring—strong Python understanding is a plus
- Strong experience in frontend development with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Angular.js
- Expertise working with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
- Experience with real-time communication protocols (WebSockets, gRPC, MQTT)
- Cloud deployment expertise—AWS, GCP , or Azure (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Strong problem-solving skills, debugging capabilities, and performance optimization
- Experience working in fast-paced startups or high-performance engineering teams
- Strong experience in writing unit tests
- B.Tech/B.E (CSE preferred )
