We're looking for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. This is not just another dev job—we’re building the future of workplace and well-being technology, and we are looking for a builder with vision, skill, and drive.
As a senior contributor, you will own major development initiatives, make high-impact architectural decisions, and help shape the technical direction of our platform. You’ll play a critical role in developing products that touch the lives of hundreds of thousands of employees around the world.
We want someone who writes clean, elegant code, thrives in high-ownership environments, and is excited to mentor and elevate others around them.
The Role:
- Build new products that will be used by our global customers and their employees every single day.
- Lead projects from implementation to testing and roll out. Collaborate with the direct team to plan and estimate work.
- Review code to ensure technical implementations meet functional requirements. Promote technical excellence.
- Collaborate with other teams across Espresa.
- Mentor and coach other team members, and help Espresa grow our engineering organization.
Requirements:
- Experience as a full stack software engineer, ideally with high scale SaaS solutions.
- Experience in backend languages such as DJango/Python and modern Javascript technologies such as Angular.
- Bonus points for deep understanding of ORM
- Bonus points if you have built ML applications.
