As a Sr. Software Engineer - Front End of the Moov team, you’ll build tools to make developers integrating with Moov more productive.  You will build new and improve existing banking and payment experiences that customers depend on every day.

You are the right fit for this position if:

  • You want to work on next-generation financial products
  • You have 5+ years of experience writing TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • You have experience releasing and maintaining production web applications
  • You care about your craft as a developer and pride yourself in writing maintainable, composable, well-tested code
  • You are self-directed and willing to collaborate with project stakeholders to get stuff shipped with minimum guidance and oversight
  • You have experience writing reusable and composable UI components
  • You have a desire to learn, perform, and grow as an engineer

In this position, you will:

  • Write advanced web applications with cutting-edge technologies for the fintech industry
  • Design and architect big chunks of the application
  • Triage and participate in resolving customer issues
  • Mentor junior colleagues
  • Own the full release lifecycle from feature development to testing, release, and monitoring
  • Take ownership of the projects you are responsible for, coordinating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to push the project to a successful release
  • Design seemingly simple yet creative solutions to complex problems 
  • Contribute to documentation of the system and spread knowledge across the FE team

  • Knowledge of general ledger or payment systems
  • History of contributing to open source projects
  • Experience with E2E testing frameworks
  • Experience developing SDKs or frameworks

Salary range: $150k to $175k based on experience, geography, and other key factors
