Euronet Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer, Javascript, to join its team in creating innovative financial payment solutions. As a leader in the financial services industry, Euronet has built a vast network of networks that provides consumers and businesses with diverse cash-based and digitally driven services on a global scale. The Senior Software Developer will have the opportunity to contribute to this mission by designing and implementing new software applications that improve the company’s transactional capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy new software applications that meet the company's evolving needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and design technical solutions that address business problems
- Maintain and update existing software applications to ensure functionality and reliability
- Write and maintain technical documentation for software applications and processes
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
- Participate in system testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software applications
- Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability of codebase
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Javascript/Front-end software development or engineering
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including back-end (Java) and JavaScript and one or more JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles
- Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Experience with database systems, such as SQL and Oracle
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
