PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. A Senior Software Developer plays a crucial role in leading the technical design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with various programming languages, frameworks, and development tools, combined with leadership in architecting software solutions and mentoring junior developers.
Location: Fort Knox centric (REMOTE)
Required Clearance: Secret
Required Education: Bachelor’ s Degree in relevant field.
Required Experience: ten plus (10+) years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
· Lead the development and maintenance of software applications and systems.
· Experience in developing computer software code.
· Experience in a variety of software programming languages.
· Architect solutions for complex business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
· Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in line with best practices.
· Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
· Continuously improve and refactor existing code to enhance performance and scalability.
· Provide technical leadership and strategic direction in software development projects.
· Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Requirements
· Work with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment, testing, and monitoring of software applications.
· Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
· Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
· Ensure timely delivery of software projects, adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
· Identify potential risks and technical challenges, providing solutions to mitigate them.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
· Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to adopt new tools and technologies that improve software development processes.
· Utilize version control systems to manage code changes and collaborate effectively with team members.
· Follow established coding and development standards to maintain code consistency and quality.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in relevant field
