We are seeking an experienced and diligent Senior Software Developer to join our team with a strong focus on webMethods.io technologies. This role requires a highly skilled professional capable of working independently, taking ownership of projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of webMethods.io integration, strong development skills, and experience in testing to ensure the robustness of the solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable integration solutions using webMethods.io technologies.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring quality, performance, and timely delivery.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while actively collaborating with other team members to solve complex problems.
- Create clear and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Perform testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure the functionality and stability of developed solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments to maintain uptime and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, system configurations, and implementation details.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest webMethods.io and industry best practices to improve development processes and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing solutions using webMethods.io integration platform.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts and web services (SOAP, REST, APIs).
- Experience with testing frameworks and practices, including unit testing and integration testing.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality code and system performance.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud technologies and deployment methods.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in webMethods or related technologies are a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail.
- Experience with version control tools (Github).
