As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be an integral part of the team developing and enhancing StimLabs' ERP solution. You will work across the entire stack, from the front-end user interface to the back-end infrastructure, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions for Syteline ERP and Factory Track. Solutions development for Azure capable and .NET application environment required for non or indirect ERP supported efforts.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and robust full-stack solutions for the Syteline and Factory Track ERP components based on CICD and SDLC fundamentals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other engineering teams to gather requirements, identify improvements, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Build and integrate APIs, web services, and databases to support both internal and external system communications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Employ and enforce all secure coding practices per company and industry regulatory requirements.
- Implement and ensure the robustness of security measures to protect sensitive data, especially in compliance with Life Sciences industry regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GxP).
- Develop unit tests, code reviews, and automated testing to ensure the quality of delivered code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems, ensuring efficient performance in both development and production environments.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills and fostering best practices within the development team.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and evolve the products.
Must have working experience with Infor Syteline and Factory Track products at the development and Information Technology support level
