Program Summary
Leidos is a preferred subcontractor on a large, multi-year contract that develops, integrates deploys, and sustains large collection systems. Program supports the High-Capacity Sensor Operations (HCSO), Enabled Sensor Operations (ESO), and National Integrated Tactical RF Operations (NITRO) mission sets. We provide exceptional service to our customer in an area in which we have deep incumbent knowledge. Significant requirements include Mission Management, Operations, and Sustainment activities.
Join Our Team as a SIGDEV Analyst!
Are you passionate about data and voice communications? We are seeking an experienced Senior SIGDEV Analyst to provide top-notch analytic support and optimize customer accesses.
Responsibilities Include:

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of collection and collateral data.

Develop targets of interest and formulate analytic strategies.

Utilize knowledge of various technologies and topics to identify analytic vectors.

Exploit foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information.

Use software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development.
-
Develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information.

Perform research and analyze target communications within the global network.

Utilize SIGINT and collateral report repositories and incorporate independent research to enhance target development.

Provide guidance to contractor personnel involved with SIGINT development.

Optimize and develop accesses by providing SIGDEV support.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree's are not required but may count toward experience requirements and will be considered on a case by case basis. Military training and education will also be considered on a case by case basis.
- Twelve (12) or more years of demonstrated experience and knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support.
- Within the last ten (10) years, at least five (5) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.
- Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
