Leidos is seeking a Senior SharePoint Administrator to join our team in support of the AFLCMC/HNCD Cyber Sustainment program in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will be essential in managing our SharePoint environment, developing and maintaining workflows, and overseeing user permissions to ensure seamless operations.
As a Senior SharePoint Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and management of SharePoint environments, focusing on creating, maintaining, and optimizing workflows and permissions. You will ensure that SharePoint is effectively supporting our business operations by providing secure, efficient, and user-friendly collaboration solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced SharePoint workflows, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization and enhance business processes.
- Continuously optimize and maintain workflows for performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience, leveraging the latest features and capabilities of SharePoint.
- Oversee and manage SharePoint permissions, ensuring that users, groups, and content are appropriately secured and accessible based on defined roles and requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of permissions to maintain compliance with internal security protocols and industry best practices.
- Lead incident response for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex permissions and workflow-related issues.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and implement workflows that align with business processes.
- Perform SharePoint site management tasks, including creating and managing libraries, lists, and content types.
- Create and maintain documentation for workflows, permissions, and site configurations.
- Provide support and training to end-users regarding SharePoint features, workflow processes, and best practices.
- Monitor SharePoint performance and recommend improvements to ensure the platform runs efficiently.
Basic Qualifications:
- Requires BS and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with SharePoint workflow creation.
- Proven knowledge and experience in managing SharePoint permissions, user access, and security.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Office 365 integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve SharePoint-related issues.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint site architecture, libraries, lists, and web parts.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, influence stakeholders, and present to senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in complex, dynamic environments.U.S. Citizen
- Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SharePoint Online and integration with other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project management, issue tracking, and documentation.
- Proficiency in using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.
- Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Office 365.
- Program/project management experience

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
