We are looking for you, if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and architecture,
- Certification in ServiceNow System Administrator or Application Developer or Implementation Specialist,
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP, etc.,
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules (for example ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Custom Applications),
- Good command of English, both written and spoken,
- Growth mindset, a customer focus, and a collaborative attitude,
- Lot of experience with automated testing,
- Proficiency in pipeline based deployments.
You'll get extra points for:
- Scripting and programming in other languages,
- Knowledge of HR systems and regulations,
- Speak fluent English,
- Experience with Virtual Agent,
- Experience with Flow Designer and its related features.
Your responsibilities:
- Developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements and best practices,
- Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and platforms using APIs, web services, and orchestration,
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security,
- Supporting and enhancing existing ServiceNow applications and integrations,
- Collaborating with other developers, product owners, testers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions,
- Keeping up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and trends.
Information about squad:
You will join one of the squads, developing and administering ServiceNow platform within ING Group.
Team’s primary task is to develop and maintain ServiceNow instance within Enterprise System Management scope, according to customer needs and ING regulations & practices (compliance, agile way of working, etc).
The squad is led by a business Product Owner who gives the autonomy to engineers to manage and implement technical tasks according to the product backlog items specification.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer IV”.
