Responsibilities
- Lead team to grow business in search marketing
- Provide search strategy and best practices for clients
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- Review technical SEO/SEM issues and recommend fixes to achieved KPI set
- Provide optimization techniques on website content, landing pages, and paid search copy strategy
- to drive effectiveness for search campaigns
- Lead client search plan and work with key client partner to ensure that global search strategy align.
- Work with performance director to ensure that search as part of performance marketing deliver high results
- Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns and provide suggestions to drive efficiency
- and effectiveness
- Support agency partner to develop strategy by working as a consultant to help coach and provide search training.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as SEO , SEM , or similar role
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO/SEM Best practices
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with Optimization tools, Reporting tools
Desired Skills and Experience
- 1-3 years’ work experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ, Ahrefs) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
