Skills & experience we're looking for 👨💻
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C
- Strong understanding of iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, VIPER, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of memory management, concurrency, multithreading, and networking
- Proficiency in using Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and performance tuning tools
- A good grasp of design principles, modular architecture, and clean code practices
- Experience in owning and publishing iOS apps to the App Store
- Familiarity with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and instrumentation tools like Xcode Instruments
- Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior developers is a big plus
- A strong product mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
You will 📲
- Lead the design and development of high-quality iOS applications from scratch
- Translate product and design requirements into clean, scalable, and well-tested code
- Drive architecture decisions and enforce engineering best practices across the iOS stack
- Collaborate closely with backend, product, design, and QA teams
- Profile and optimize apps for responsiveness, efficiency, and scalability
- Continuously improve application performance and reliability
- Mentor junior engineers and help grow the iOS team’s capability
- Own entire modules and features end-to-end, from ideation to release
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliabilities.

Currently, our dedicated team comprises approximately 160 professionals who work remotely from over 30 different cities.
