Hypergiant, an Accelint company that empowers forward-thinking organizations with AI-driven solutions to stay ahead. Our geographic presence spans the U.S. and allied partners, with facilities in key Defense Technology hubs from Southern California to Washington, D.C. We provide large enterprises – across industries like the Defense Department, energy, healthcare and aviation – with bespoke technology solutions, cutting-edge advice, and deployment expertise needed to harness the value out of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. At our core, we are military experts, researchers and technologists who want to accelerate intelligence to deliver strategic insights that turn future challenges into today’s opportunities.
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead the charge in orchestrating our agile development teams as they build the ultimate control interface for unmanned systems in multi-domain operations. This is not your typical agile role—this is an opportunity to work on one of the most high-impact DoD programs of record, integrating AI, automation, and real-time data fusion to revolutionize how autonomous platforms operate at the tactical edge.
As the Senior Scrum Master, you will be at the intersection of engineering, product, UI/UX, and mission execution, ensuring our teams deliver cutting-edge capabilities at operational speed. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, drive continuous improvement, and ensure mission alignment across teams and stakeholders. This role requires someone who understands the complexity of integrating software-driven autonomy into DoD kill chains and thrives in an environment where innovation meets real-world execution.
This isn’t just another Scrum Master job—it’s a chance to shape the future of autonomous warfare. You’ll be working at the forefront of AI-driven mission execution, bringing software, automation, and real-time intelligence together to give the U.S. and its allies an unmatched operational edge.
If you’re ready to work on something that truly matters—and help define the future of unmanned systems and warfighter integration—we want to talk to you.
