What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the Head of GTM Systems, we are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer with a specialization in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The Senior Salesforce Engineer will play a pivotal role in building the strategy and driving the transformation and optimization of our Sales, Customer Success & Support processes within the Salesforce ecosystem. If you possess a deep understanding of Salesforce and a proven track record of designing and implementing successful solutions, we invite you to apply and contribute to our continued growth.

  • Participate in all phases of software development life cycle including functional analysis development of technical requirements, POC build, coding, testing, deployment and support.
  • RESTful API Integration experience between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
  • Utilize various integration patterns, including point-to-point integrations, middleware-based integrations, and event-driven architectures.
  • Create comprehensive architectural diagrams, process flows, and solution documentation.
  • Adopt the Salesforce DevOps process including efficient deployment processes, expectations for code, and managing sandbox environments using Salesforce DevOps, Github and Jira/Asana.

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Information Systems, Computer Science).
  • 6+ years of experience developing in Salesforce as well as configuration experience in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud configuration.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Salesforce CPQ.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com declarative technologies like Process Builders, Flows etc., and Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components etc.,
  • Experience with CI/CD DevOps including using tools such as Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, Github, Github actions, Bitbucket, and Jira.
  • Systems design experience, with the ability to architect or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods.

Nice To Haves: 

  • Platform Developer I & II, Platform App Builder certifications.
  • Experience in Integration tools like Mulesoft, Workato, Make etc.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem tools like Marketo, Outreach, Clari, Gong etc.
  • Experience in working in an offshore environment in US time zones.
  • Experience working at a startup.

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $230,000

*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans. 
Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise, and other factors.
