Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: 222 N La Salle St, Suite 1600, Chicago, IL 60601
Job Description: Work closely with our Product Management and Core Engineering teams as well as other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce solution stays in line with business needs. Recommend, design, implement, test, and deploy solutions utilizing various Salesforce architectural components using Apex code, Web Services, etc. Provide recommendations for continuous improvements and system efficiencies. Develop custom coding using Apex, LWC, dataloads/integration, design roadmap, and managing the Salesforce SDLC. Hands-on lightning development experience with Salesforce configuration, Apex classes and triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Aura, and Lightning Web Component (LWC). Understand and implement integration APIs (REST/SOAP) to communicate with internal/external components. Test and QA functional changes with a Salesforce scratch org. Translate technical concepts and conduct complex interpersonal interactions often involving moderately to highly complex technical topics. Provide error resolution and technical support at tier 2 and tier 3 levels. Ensure compliance with regulations and internal security policies. Remote work permitted with quarterly in office work in Chicago, per company policy.
Education Requirement: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related
Experience Requirement: 1 year of experience in Salesforce development
Special Skills: Must have work experience with each of the following: (1) Designing, architecting, and documenting technical solutions using Salesforce Platform, Apex, Aura, and Integrations; (2) Using Salesforce DX and CLI to develop salesforce components from development to production environments; and (3) Implementing CI/CD deployments, utilizing version control tools, conducting code reviews for peers, and recommending best practices to enhance code quality and efficiency. Remote work permitted with quarterly in office work in Chicago, per company policy.
Salary: $112,000-$168,000
