OverviewServes as a technical expert and lead designer/developer for Salesforce platforms, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Partners closely with the Technical Product Manager to analyze complex business requirements and deliver efficient, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. Acts as a technical lead on development projects as needed and operates with general supervision.
Compensation Range:$122,300.00 - $164,000.00 Annual

What You Will Do
- Designs, develops, and implements customized Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. Promotes growth mindset across teams.
- Champions a growth mindset and foster innovation across development teams.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translates them into technical specifications.
- Evaluates existing and emerging platforms, processes and architectures; identifies areas of opportunity and outlines solutions.
- Develops and maintains Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other Salesforce customizations.
- Stays current with Salesforce platform updates, tools, and best practices, and apply them to drive continuous improvement.
- Integrates Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other web services.
- Manages data migrations while ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
- Diagnoses and resolves issues related to Salesforce applications, performance, and integrations.
- Leads audit remediation tasks related to Salesforce systems and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver high-impact technology solutions.
- Provides mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science or the equivalent work experience required
- Master's Degree in MIS, or related discipline or MBA preferred
Work Experience:
- Minimum of five years of experience in Salesforce development or other enterprise class programming language required
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning web components, and Salesforce APIs required
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs required
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and sharing rules required
- Demonstrated ability to design and model scalable application architectures aligned to business needs required
- Experience in DevOps practices and tools (e.g., GitLab) with a focus on automation and continuous improvement. required
- Experience researching and evaluating vendor technologies, providing technical analysis and solution recommendations required
- Proven track record of delivering secure, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions with full documentation required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) preferred
- Active engagement with Trailhead and ongoing Salesforce learning preferred
- Experience in healthcare environments or developing healthcare-related solutions preferred
