Job Description
This role is primarily focused on delivering high quality as a Salesforce Developer for different types of clients. The journey might take the Senior Developer from Salesforce implementation projects, integrating Salesforce with other systems to migrating other CRM systems to Salesforce or combinations of the above. It is a challenging position that will help the CRM Developer become their best version of an experienced Salesforce Developer/Architect:
- Design, Configure or develop new functionalities on top of Salesforce, using standard techniques for extending the platform
- Assist/Participate in discussions with business analysts and/or business stakeholders to understand the requirements
- Provide advice in Salesforce technical areas
- Respectfully challenge ambiguity or use of Salesforce in ways it wasn’t intended to be used, whilst being adaptive and open to new ideas
- Provide active guidance on best-practices and troubleshooting
- Participate in sandbox management and deployments
- Maintain recognized expert level knowledge in Salesforce, through certifications and staying up-to-date with latest platform upgrades
- Test and deploy the code or configuration you have built as per the designed process
- Document the changes you developed for future use
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience
- Hands-on experience with integrating other systems with Salesforce
- Experience with developing data models and data flows
- Highly skilled in APEX and LWC
- Salesforce Certified Admin I and/or Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
- Experience with version control systems
- Strong English level
- Effective communication and influence in team decisions
