Join us as a Senior Salesforce Developer and be the driving force behind the growth and success of our Consumer Learning Platform, used by P&G researchers worldwide. Your expertise in Salesforce customization and enhancements will fuel our commitment to innovation. Collaborate closely with the product team to develop new features and mentor junior developers to build their Salesforce expertise.
Your team
Reporting to the Engineering Director, Consumer Insights, you'll be part of a dynamic IT team at P&G. Our team leads multi-billion-dollar projects globally, leveraging cutting-edge technologies in mobile, social, cloud, big-data analytics, IoT, and more
How success looks like
- Transform product requirements into high-quality software features.
- Independently lead and drive Salesforce customization.
- Support junior developers and collaborate with P&G's Salesforce Center of Excellence for functional standardization.
Responsibilities of the role
- Lead the development of IT products and solutions across multiple platforms.
- Apply design patterns, object-oriented programming practices, and Clean Code principles.
- Implement robust unit and integration testing practices.
- Work in Agile and DevOps teams, utilizing advanced CI/CD toolsets.
Communicate fluently in English (written and spoken).
Job Qualifications
Role Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including declarative capabilities and out-of-the-box functionalities.
- Practical experience with Salesforce metadata, source code-driven development, and related tools (code repositories, deployment automation, project tracking).
- Proficiency with Salesforce DX and packaging.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems/platforms.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, analysis, and collaboration with business partners.
- Familiarity with unlocked packages & managed packages.
- DevOps/Agile programming mindset.
- Experience with Test Driven Development.
