Responsibilities and Duties

Talk to end-users and operations leaders to understand requirements, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and translate those requirements into technical specifications.

  • Build new features and functionality in our Salesforce Org with custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, and lightning pages
  • Automate processes with workflow rules, validation rules, process builder, and flows
  • Identify reports and dashboards to measure the impact of build iterations.
  • Support end-users in real-time with issues relating to Salesforce and supported applications.
  • Deliver projects through our release management process.
  • Lead all aspects of 3rd party application use and support. 1 This role requires:
  • Salesforce Administrator Experience;
  • Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator Certification;
  • Understanding of data structures, data modeling, & database schema;
  • Experience building with Salesforce Lightning User Interface;
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative mathematical skills;
  • Strong business acuity in sales operations and customer success
  • Analytical skills to improve quality of iterative builds;
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of

the organization. Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience implementing Salesforce CPQ with Docusign and Billing (e.g. Zuora) integration highly desirable
  • Experience with Gainsight strongly preferred
  • Experience with Anaplan preferred
  • Agile scrum master or product owner training
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Business or the equivalent related experience.

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems.
  • Demonstrate experience as an Agile Consultant.
  • Show a strong expertise in Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Exhibit excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the aptitude to effectively guide Agile teams and stakeholders.
  • Excel in facilitation and communication, capable of leading Agile ceremonies and interacting with clients across all levels.
