Your responsiblities
As Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for growing the business and increasing its market share. You will develop and execute the sales strategy and tactics, ensure timely closure of deals, and build the team and infrastructure to deliver.
This role reports to the Regional Sales Director

Direct responsibility for the identification, contact, qualification, and development of new accounts, as well as expanding existing accounts within an established and defined territory.

Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads through campaigns, events, and other initiatives.

Identify and target emerging market opportunities to grow the territory's footprint.

Develop and enhance relationships with key executives at C-level and other decision-makers to understand their needs and position solutions effectively.

Build long-term partnerships by consistently delivering value and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights that align with their business objectives.

Answer or arrange for the response to RFIs and RFPs within stipulated timescales and according to delivery requirements.

Collaborate with pre-sales consultants, technical teams, and subject matter experts to deliver in-depth product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.

Provide clear and detailed positioning of the company's value proposition and solution offerings to prospective and existing clients.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to effectively communicate product relevance and value.

Develop and promote product image, awareness, and adoption through presentations, webinars, and participation in industry events.

Keep management informed at all times of pipeline status, opportunities, and challenges by making full use of Salesforce or other CRM tools.

Accurately forecast sales performance and update progress against quarterly and annual targets.

Work to achieve and exceed agreed revenue, margin, and growth goals within assigned timelines.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, customer success, and product development, to align sales strategies with broader organizational goals.

Provide feedback to product teams on client needs, potential enhancements, and market gaps.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.

Serve as a subject matter expert during discussions with prospects and customers, positioning the company as a leader in the field.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay ahead in sales techniques, product knowledge, and market expertise.

Implement best practices and contribute to the improvement of sales processes and methodologies.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
-
5+ years working in Account Management or Sales or other equivalent experience
-
A proven track record in selling complex software solutions to the banking sector. Ideally in Reporting, Risk and Compliance at the Business Head and C-level.

Very good command of English and Polish is required.

Competitive, creative and solutions oriented.

First class new business development skills.

Ability to negotiate and to close deals.

Strong customer focus and excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

You like working in a creative and interesting atmosphere in an international environment where initiative and perseverance is fully expected.
