Senior Sales Executive

You will be responsible in achieving sales targets and its objectives, managing existing key accounts and develop new clients under Vietnam Industrial Coating business. You will be based at Yen Phong Plant, Bac Ninh, Vietnam and report directly to Business Development Manager North VN.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 30% of existing key accounts and develop 70% new clients.

• Develop relationships with clients. 

• Analyze market trends and propose business strategies. 

• Collaborate with other teams to align on business goals. 

• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities. 

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. 

• Create business opportunities and pursue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the industrial paint industry. 

• Business mindset and strategic thinking. 

• Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects. 

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Experience developing new client networks.
