ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Manage the sales process to ensure account growth in Malaysia.

  • Drive software expansion by building up stong relationships with new clients

  • Generate leads through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, inbound inquiries, and targeted outreach campaigns.

  • Forecast and pipeline effectively to ensure achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue sales targets.

  • Conduct engaging demos (online or onsite) to prospecting companies

  • Attend or moderate events (online or face to face), communicating the benefits of Wolters Kluwer software.

  • Keep accurate, updated records of all activities in our CRM tool (SalesForce)

  • Travel Time: up to 20%, primarily domestic travel.

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years in a sales/business development field or with some experience in advisory / consulting with clients, consultative selling experience is highly preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships at the highest level

  • Sound understanding of relevant professional businesses in accounting/ audit is preferred.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft application and Salesforce

  • Good planning and organizing skills, with the ability to plan daily, monthly and quarterly activity timetables

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
