The Senior Sales Executive is a results-driven professional responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing customer opportunities. This role focuses on promoting and selling Lumin Digital’s products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate thrives in building relationships, analyzing customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities, Experience:
Present, promote, and sell Lumin Digital’s products/services using compelling arguments to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders in the banking and credit union industry.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses for potential customers to address their specific requirements.
Proactively reach out to leads through cold calling and other outreach methods.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within specified timeframes.
Work closely with marketing, product and solutions consultant teams to align sales strategies and deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales progress, and monitor status reports.
Provide management with reports on customer needs, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Stay updated on best practices, promotional trends, and industry developments.
Continuously seek feedback to improve performance and enhance results.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Potential Role Growth:
30 days: Understand Lumin Digital’s product offerings, sales processes, and market landscape. Begin engaging with leads and contributing to sales efforts.
90 days: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, deliver impactful presentations, and establish strong relationships with prospects and customers.
1 year: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, build a robust pipeline, and contribute to Lumin Digital’s strategic growth in the fintech industry.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Proven work experience as a sales representative with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Documents.
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices and the ability to build productive, professional business relationships.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations to diverse audiences.
Relationship management skills and openness to constructive feedback.
Experience in the fintech or digital banking industry.
Familiarity with the credit union or banking sector.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Travel:
40-50% - Between 104 and 130 work days of travel per year for a full time employee
