We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who will:

Own recruiting activities, engaging with applicants from screening phase to offer negotiation for Brazil & Mexico

Actively source qualified passive candidates using internet databases, social media, employee referrals and more

Partner with hiring teams and leaders to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies while managing expectations

Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process with objectives and key results

Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers

Actively create and implement recruitment strategies that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, related field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of previous recruitment experience in a technical environment
