Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Candidate Selection: Collaborate with hiring managers to select candidates who align with hiring requirements and team dynamics
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment processes
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates, from initial contact to onboarding
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver timely solutions
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on recruitment best practices, trends, and technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes
  • To support and maintain audit readiness to achieve satisfactory control: E-IRO, SOX, Legal,

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 - 7 years of experience in a manufacturing working environment or related field
  • Experience working in Recruitment with a multinational company.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selections
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent to support business objectives
  • Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Thai Labor Law and related laws

Skills:

  • Good written and oral communication, interpersonal, and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization.
  • Good in English Communication.
