Redcare Pharmacy is expanding. We are setting up a new Distribution Centre in Czechia, at CTPark Blatnice, near to Nýřany. You can be part of this new venture!

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to scale the business. Job Description

About your tasks:

• You will manage the entire recruitment process—from setting up job adverts and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews with qualified applicants, including handling related administrative tasks.
• Your focus will be recruiting for roles typical in a Distribution Center: From Supply Chain managers, through Warehouse team leads, other office functions; to regular warehouse employees.
• You will organize and lead applicant days to engage with potential talent in an interactive setting.
• You will cooperate with your manager (based in the Netherlands) and with colleagues in the Pilsen team, to develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a strong talent pool, ensuring a steady flow of applications.
• You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure effective stakeholder management and meet recruitment needs efficiently.

Qualifications

About You:

• You have completed training and/or a degree, ideally in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology or a related field.
• You bring solid experience in recruiting related to Distribution Center work, including blue-collar recruiting;  and have a deep understanding of the demands and challenges in the logistics sector.
• Your strong communication skills allow you to engage and persuade candidates, present confidently to groups, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• You are fluent in Czech and have business proficiency of English 
• Your analytical mindset enables you to evaluate recruitment strategies using data and assess their impact.
• Your organizational skills help you prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
