About the role

As a Recruiter focusing on design, you will partner with the business to proactively identify, engage, and assess passive design talent in Mexico. Your primary focus will be on roles such as UX/UI Designers, Graphic Designers, and Product Designers at all levels. This role may also require you to pivot into Marketing and other roles as the business needs to evolve.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies tailored to design roles.

  • Research the competitive landscape and capture insightful recruiting data to drive improvements across our design pipelines.

  • Utilize advanced techniques to identify and attract top-tier passive candidates in the design industry.

  • Engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, online communities, industry events, and talent databases.

This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.

In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the design industry, with a strong track record of identifying and attracting passive talent in Mexico.

  • Deep knowledge of design talent profiles, including UX/UI, Graphic Design, and Product Design.

  • Proficient in utilizing various tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social networks, and candidate databases.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build long-term relationships.

  • Ability to partner with different clients, including senior-level business leaders and top-tier professional candidates in the design domain.

  • Understanding of attracting and retaining diverse talent while fostering a culture of inclusivity.
     

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience within a fast-paced organization, focusing on design roles.
