As a Senior Recruiter, you will be a pivotal member of our Talent Acquisitions team, responsible for leading the white collar recruitment process for senior leadership positions and ensuring the acquisition of top talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute efficient and effective hiring processes. In addition, you will lead or support strategic TA projects like the implementation of a referral program, launching an orientation session for new hires or the implementation of a new CRM tool. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on recruitment expertise, as well as strong organizational- and interpersonal skills.
Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies by analyzing workforce trends and anticipate future hiring trends.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract top-tier candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough screenings of applicants to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct interviews, evaluate candidate responses, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
Collaboration and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and department heads, providing guidance on recruitment best practices, candidate selection, and interview techniques. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring decisions. Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and applicant conversion rates through PowerBi.
Employer Branding: Co-Develop and Implement the Employer Branding Strategy for DACH.
Project Management: Support, Lead and Drive strategic projects within TA incl. works council negotiations.
What you will bring

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Experience in successfully leading previous projects.
  • Fluency in English, German will be an advantage


This role will support our DACH region ( Germany (D), Austria (A), and Switzerland (CH)).
*This role is a fixed-term contract maternity cover until July 2025.
