STV is seeking a Senior Rail Vehicle Project Manager for our Vehicles department at our Boston, MA office.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large-scale rail vehicle projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet client requirements.

Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with technical, safety, and quality standards.

Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective measures as needed.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.

10+ years of project management experience in rail or transportation-related projects.

Strong knowledge of rail vehicle design, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.

Proficient in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation Range:
$122,944.48 - $163,925.98
