In this role, you will Lead and execute comprehensive quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Mentor junior QA team members and collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement detailed test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify and address issues.
- Review and analyze requirements and specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage and accurate understanding.
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and project management teams to resolve defects and ensure timely, high-quality software delivery.
- Mentor and support junior QA team members, providing guidance, feedback, and technical expertise.
- Analyze test results, document defects, track their resolution, and communicate testing outcomes effectively.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and QA processes across the development lifecycle.
- Continuously improve and optimize testing processes and workflows.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging QA methodologies, and tools to enhance team capabilities and product quality.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
- Certifications such as CTFL from ISTQB are highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
