Join our Crypto Secure and Financial Crime Solutions team, where you’ll play a vital role in preventing fraud and building cutting-edge technology. We believe in shifting left, embedding quality at every stage, and ensuring our automation strategy is robust, scalable, and future-proof.
As a Senior Quality and Automation Engineer, you’ll be more than just an automation engineer—you’ll be a technical advocate within the team, influencing test strategy, mentoring engineers, and championing best practices in automated, performance, and accessibility (A11y) testing.
Role

Quality & Test Automation
- Own and evolve our test automation strategy, ensuring it integrates seamlessly into our CI/CD pipeline.
- Develop, maintain, and improve automated tests using Cypress, Java, RestAssured, JMeter, and SQL.
- Implement and advocate shift-left testing, embedding quality practices from the start of development.
- Ensure our a11y testing is comprehensive and meets WCAG compliance.
- Identify, design, and develop new test frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and test coverage.
- Provide hands-on leadership in performance testing, working with developers to optimize system performance.
- Be an Active Contributor to Development
- Work collaboratively within an Agile team—partnering with developers, PM-Ts, and designers to deliver high-quality software.
- Challenge requirements, raise potential risks early, and ensure full test coverage.
- Define and track quality metrics to measure and improve testing effectiveness.
Mentor & Influence
- Be a champion for quality—mentoring developers and other QEs on best practices for test automation and clean coding principles.
- Drive discussions on continuous improvement of test strategies and tools.
- Lead by example, coaching team members on writing reliable, maintainable automated tests.
All About You

Technical & Automation Skills
- 5+ years of experience in test automation and software quality engineering.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring, with strong experience in API automation using RestAssured.
- UI automation experience with Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of performance testing with JMeter or similar tools.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience testing relational databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating tests into Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Experience with TDD/BDD methodologies.
- Awareness of security and compliance testing, particularly in financial or fraud prevention applications.
