We seek an experienced and dedicated Senior Quality Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance with a specific focus on procedure and competency management. This role is essential in ensuring that our company maintains the highest standards of quality and efficiency across all departments.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Design and oversee competency frameworks to ensure all employees possess the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
- Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to established procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee competencies and ensure understanding of quality procedures.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving quality management processes and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Identify potential risks related to quality and implement mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the United States, without restrictions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, or a similar degree plan is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a senior advisory role focusing on procedure and competency management.
- Quality-related certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or similar are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Ability to lead and work within cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
