About the Team
Our Product Quality Assurance team plays a pivotal role in building a positive customer experience by delivering new features and improved functionality. We believe in Quality!
Our team works hand in hand with the Product Management and Development teams to deliver new Workday features and functionality across Financials, HCM, Higher Education, Payroll, Spend Management and Talent applications.
Quality Assurance Managers collaborate beyond specialist areas to verify that functionality works seamlessly across Workday products.
We exist to elevate the Workday experience for all our customers in the delivery of quality enterprise applications.

About the Role
Responsibilities:

Lead QA Engineers to develop and execute test plans for capabilities of Workday products.

Set priorities for team and assign resources
-
Provide regular status against team’s test plans
-
Contribute to process improvement and establishing standard methodologies for testing

Interact effectively with other teams, including Product Management, Development and Customer Support
-
Actively participate in talent acquisition, on-boarding and manager performance
-
Mentor team members and assist with career growth and personal development
About You
Basic Qualifications:
-
8+ years leading managers and/or teams in quality assurance
-
8+ years software application or functional related experience
Other Qualifications:
-
Experience with agile development methodologies and the software development life cycle, a plus
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience building cross-functional relationships
-
Customer and quality focused
-
Attitude and ability to be successful in a growing company

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment
