We're on the lookout for a dedicated Senior QA Engineer to deliver high-quality software to our users by taking ownership of manual testing across our platforms and to help the Product team to ensure a seamless, bug-free user experience.

What You’ll Do 🎯

As a Senior QA Engineer Tester, you will:

• Lead Testing Efforts for Key Features: Take full ownership of manual testing on web and mobile platforms, from planning to execution, ensuring the highest quality and a frictionless user experience.

• Good Eye for UX/UI: Able to ensure the users are having a great experience and able to suggest changes in that area based on data.

• Identify and Report Bugs: Proactively identify, isolate, and document software defects, ensuring that all bugs are tracked and prioritized appropriately.

• Comprehensive Testing: Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, and performance tests, to ensure the quality and stability of the product before every release.

• Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure alignment between testing efforts and the broader company goals. Facilitate smooth communication across teams.

• Propose and Optimize Testing Processes: Continuously look for ways to improve manual testing processes, including introducing automation opportunities where applicable.

• Ensure Thorough Test Documentation: Develop detailed test plans, maintain comprehensive test documentation, and record results to ensure knowledge sharing within the QA team.

What You’ll Bring 💡

We are looking for someone who has:

• +4 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on manual testing and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.

• Experience in web and mobile technologies: Comfortable testing across web and mobile apps, identifying bugs in different environments.

• Ability to work independently: You can lead and execute testing processes autonomously, ensuring deadlines are met and product quality is maintained.

• Strong communication skills: You’re able to clearly articulate testing results and issues, collaborating effectively with developers and product teams.

• Analytical mindset: Skilled at identifying patterns in bugs and issues, you make data-driven decisions to improve product quality.

• Experience with automated testing tools: Proficiency in using at least one of the following tools is required: Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright.

• Familiarity with test management tools: Experience using test management platforms such as TestRail, Zephyr, or similar tools for organizing and tracking test cases and results.
