The mission of the QA Engineering team at Ledger is to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high level quality products. As in the dev teams, we’re organized by system, channel or mission, it’s easy for devs to get tunnel vision and optimize for their area, sometimes at the expense of the overall experience.
